This opportunity is a perfect next step for a proven Operations Manager or a seasoned Senior Supervisor currently working in a large-scale facility who is ready to step up and run their own operation.

n

A small selection of key responsibilities will be.....

n

n
- Ensure that all daily operational requirements are met across fulfilment, delivery, GWP and safety
n
- Responsible for fulfilment operations to all customers
n
- Last mile delivery operations across all customers and sales segments
n




- Oversee the management of all inbound freight from relevant sources into the warehouse.
n
- Resolve complex issues in a timely manner and escape where appropriate
n
- Accountable for ensuring SAP system accurately reflects physical stock in the warehouse and offsite locations at all times.
n
- Ensure the timely processing of receipts and shipments
n
- Actively participates in collaboration meetings across business
n
- Inputs into projects as required.
n
- Analyse processes to improve efficiencies and share across DC leadership group
n
- Lead on appropriate projects relating to optimising DC performance or capability. This will include warehouse transitions, automation projects and network design activities.
n

Ideal Experience...... (FMCG)

n

n
- Exposure to Warehouse Management System – SAP EWM.
n
- ASRS and Warehouse background and experience, in layouts, specification, installation and operation.
n
- Exposure in installing and commissioning racking solutions.
n
