We have an chance for a dedicated and experiencedProduction Coordinatorto join our manufacturing team in Rowville. Reporting to the Production Manager, the role is responsible for overseeing the hour-to-hour activities of production, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards while optimising efficiency.

Responsibilities include:

n

n
- Coordinate production operations on a shift basis, to meet demand and efficiency targets.
n
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety and food manufacturing standards (HACCP, GMP, HSE standards).
n
- Monitor production processes and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
n
- Ensure timely and accurate production confirmation data entry into SAP while identifying and investigate inconsistencies.
n
- Coordinate and motivate the production team, providing guidance, coaching and feedback.
n
- Assist in implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce downtime.
n
- Be a role model for working safely and promoting a safe working environment.

About You:

n

n
- Degree or equivalent certification in Engineering, Dairy Technology, Food Science or related field
n




- Leadership skills and ability to drive results
n
- Strong organisation and problem-solving skills
n
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
n
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office. SAP knowledge is highly desirable
