What You'll Be Doing

n

As a Process Worker, you'll be hands-on in the production process, ensuring products are prepared accurately, safely, and efficiently:

n

- Collecting and preparing ingredients based on recipes and production standards
n
- Accurately portioning and assembling meal components into trays
n
- Ensuring no contamination across sealing areas of packaging
n
- Performing visual quality checks to identify defects or foreign objects
n
- Following recipes, specifications, and work instructions precisely
n
- Keeping work areas clean, organised, and safe at all times
n




- Working closely with team leaders, QA, and fellow production staff
n

What You Bring

n

- Experience in FMCG or food manufacturing (preferred)
n
- Ability to read and follow recipes, SOPs, and work instructions
n
- Understanding of food safety, GMP, and HACCP practices
n
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
n
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused mindset
n
- Good communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team
n
- Physically fit and comfortable with repetitive manual tasks (lifting, standing, bending) and cooler environments
n
