As a Showroom Manager you'll:

n

n
- Drive team performance through direct mentorship, active coaching, and professional development. Set the tone for store culture by leading engaging stand-ups, conducting regular 1‐on‐1s, and celebrating achievements.

- Take full accountability for achieving showroom sales targets and margin performance. Lead strategic initiatives to maximize profitability and motivate the team to exceed their KPIs.
n
- Ensure an unmatched customer experience. Act as the senior brand ambassador, building robust, lasting relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, cabinet makers, and premium clients.
n
- Oversee daily showroom operations, financial processes, and compliance. Maintain flawless visual merchandising and ensure opening/closing, stock control, and admin procedures meet the highest standards.

- Drive recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing training to build a top‐tier sales team. Lead organizational changes with confidence and maintain a high‐energy,



solution‐focused environment.

You'll have:

n

n
- Successful track record as a Store/Showroom Manager in a high‐performing, premium, or luxury retail environment.
n
- Strong commercial acumen with a proven history of hitting financial targets, managing P&L;, and driving revenue growth.
n
- Confidence networking and liaising with trade partners, high‐net‐worth clients, and industry professionals.
n
- Hands‐on experience with store financials, stock management, compliance, and end‐to‐end operational processes.
n
- Demonstrated ability to recruit, mentor, and elevate a team of Product Experts to reach their full potential.
n
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, a high level of professionalism, and the technical aptitude to master premium product details.
