Talent International, a leading Australian recruitment firm, have been engaged by our long-standing client, a leading global technology consultancy. We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to support the delivery of a major enterprise technology program.

Role Title: Program Manager

n

Location + WFH Flexibility: North Sydney region | Hybrid (3-4 days onsite)

n

Daily Pay: Up to $1,040 per day (inclusive of super)

n

- Oversee the successful delivery of a complex enterprise technology program.
n
- Drive program governance, reporting, schedules, risks, dependencies and delivery milestones.
n
- Build strong relationships with customers, delivery teams and key stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.
n
- Coordinate multiple workstreams and provide clear communication across technical and business stakeholders.
n
- Monitor program progress, manage issues and risks, and ensure delivery remains aligned to agreed objectives.
n

Required Skills and Experience:

n

n




- Proven experience delivering large-scale technology or infrastructure programs.
n
- Exceptional stakeholder management, communication and relationship-building skills.
n
- Strong experience managing governance, reporting, schedules, risks and delivery timelines.
n
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and navigate complex enterprise environments.
n
- PMP certification is highly regarded.
n
- Experience delivering networking or infrastructure-related projects is preferred.
n
- Telecommunications industry experience will be highly regarded.
n
