The Opportunity

n

We're looking for an experienced Landscape Foreman to join our high-performing team.

n

Working closely with the Project Manager, you'll lead landscape construction activities on-site, driving productivity, safety and quality outcomes while maintaining robust relationships with project teams, subcontractors and stakeholders.

n

This is an chance to take ownership of projects, lead successful teams and contribute to the delivery of exceptional landscape and public infrastructure outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise daily landscape construction activities
n
- Coordinate site crews, subcontractors and suppliers
n
- Drive programme, productivity and quality outcomes
n
- Monitor construction progress against project requirements
n
- Champion a strong safety culture and Zero Harm approach
n
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental and quality standards
n
- Motivate and mentor site teams to deliver outstanding results
n

About You

n

You'll bring:

n

n
- Certificate III in Landscape Construction
n
- Extensive landscape or civil landscaping experience
n
- Demonstrated experience leading site teams
n
- Robust communication and stakeholder management skills
n
- A commitment to safety, quality and environmental excellence
n
- The ability to deliver projects efficiently and to programme
n

n

Desirable:

n

n
- Certificate IV in Civil Supervision
n

n
