Job Description

Opal HealthCare is seeking a Care Manager in Denhams Beach to lead clinical and care teams delivering high-quality, person-centred care. Reporting to the General Manager, you will balance governance, workforce capability and operational performance, ensuring compliance with Aged Care Act 2024 and national standards.

You will oversee education, onboarding and staff development while building robust partnerships with GPs, hospitals and allied health providers to improve resident outcomes.
