Job Description

Vinidex is seeking a highly engaged HSE Manager to drive a proactive safety culture at our Smithfield manufacturing site. You will coach leaders, strengthen safety leadership, and own risk management with frontline teams across operations.

With 7–10 years in HSE, you'll lead investigations, training, and governance while partnering with APAC teams on safety initiatives and audits. A solid presence on the factory floor is essential.
