At Area Specialist Luke Walker, we're looking for one exceptional person to join our team.

n

Whether you already work in real estate or come from automotive sales, banking, retail, hospitality or another customer-focused profession, you'll already understand the importance of building relationships, communicating well and putting people first.

While those skills are highly valued, we're ultimately looking for someone whose values, work ethic and integrity align with the way we do business.

n

Working directly alongside Luke, you'll play a hands-on role helping buyers, conducting inspections, building relationships and supporting the sales process from start to finish.

n

This is a hands-on sales role, not a traditional office-based support position. You'll work directly alongside Luke and be actively involved with buyers, open homes, inspections, appraisals and the day-to-day activities of selling real estate.

Because our clients don't only need us between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm, flexibility around hours, including some evenings and weekends, is an important part of the role.

Previous real estate experience isn't essential. The successful applicant will complete a Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice before commencing, providing the foundation for a long-term career in the industry.
