Business Analyst (5–7 years' experience)

We're looking for a Business Analyst (5–7 years' experience) to join our growing consulting practice. Whether you're seeking a permanent or contract chance, this role offers exposure to a variety of clients, industries and transformation programs, with genuine opportunities to grow your consulting career.

The Role

n

This is a hands-on, end-to-end Business Analyst role suited to someone who enjoys working in evolving delivery environments where collaboration, stakeholder engagement and quality outcomes are critical.

You'll be responsible for:

n

n
- Facilitating workshops and eliciting business requirements.
n
- Performing gap analysis and producing high-quality business requirements documentation.
n
- Documenting customer journeys, user stories and business process maps.
n
- Supporting solution design and providing clarification to development and testing teams.
n
- Developing and leading UAT and Business Verification Testing (BVT),



including defect triage and reporting.
n
- Support UX design activities through business analysis.
n
- Review solution architecture, detailed designs and build documentation.
n
- Coordinating stakeholders, vendors and delivery teams to ensure successful outcomes.
n
- Supporting release planning, business readiness, training materials and deployment activities.
n

About You

You'll bring:

- 5–7 years' Business Analyst experience delivering technology or business transformation projects.

- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build trusted relationships.

- Experience facilitating workshops and translating business needs into clear requirements.

- The ability to manage competing priorities and adapt in fast-paced, evolving environments.
