The Society Nail Bar is a new luxury nail salon opening in the heart of Sanctuary Cove. We are creating a beautiful, elevated space focused on exceptional client experiences, premium services, and a supportive team culture.

We are seeking an experienced Nail Salon Manager to lead our team and help establish The Society Nail Bar as a leading luxury nail destination on the Gold Coast.

About the Role
n
As Salon Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the salon while ensuring exceptional customer service, team performance, and business growth.
n
Your responsibilities will include:
n
- Leading and supporting the salon team
n
- Managing daily salon operations
n
- Client bookings and customer service
n
- Staff training, mentoring and performance management
n
- Stock control and inventory management
n
- Retail sales and promotions
n
- Maintaining salon presentation and standards
n
- Assisting with recruitment and onboardingDriving a positive and professional team culture
n
- Taking on everyday clients doing manicures, pedicures, gel and bib
n
What We Are Looking For

Essential

- Previous salon, beauty management experience
n
- Strong leadership and communication skills
n
- Exceptional customer service skills
n
- Professional presentation
n
- Highly organised with excellent time management
n
- Ability to motivate and support a team
n
- Passion for the beauty industry

- Retail sales experience
