Job Description

All Star Conveyancing is seeking an experienced Receptionist/Conveyancing Assistant, with QLD, NSW and/or Victorian Conveyancing Experience to join our busy team in Redland Bay, Queensland. This is a full-time position with the prospect to be part of a dynamic and supportive legal environment. We specialize in Residential and Commercial Conveyancing for NSW, QLD and Victoria.

What you'll be doing

n

n
- Answering Phones, Scanning Mail, Opening/Closing Files, Preparing and drafting initial and final letters.
n
- Conducting property searches
n
- Liaising with clients, real estate agents, lenders, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth conveyancing process
n
- Assisting with the settlement process, including coordinating funds, keys, and other necessary arrangements
n

What we're looking for

n

n
- Minimum 1 years' experience as a Conveyancing Assistant or similar role
n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with a range of parties
n
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure
n




- Proficient in using Smokeball software and technology to support the conveyancing process
n
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
n
- A genuine interest in the legal industry and a commitment to providing exceptional client service
n
