With over 30 years' experience across Central and North Queensland and factories in Mackay and Townsville, they've built a robust reputation for craftsmanship and quality, delivering projects across sectors including defence, health and aged care, education, and major commercial developments.

About The Opportunity

n

The primary purpose of this position is to install commercial and architectural window and door systems to a high standard of quality and precision.

n

Some of your responsibilities will include:

n
- Reading and interpreting shop drawings accurately
n
- Mentoring apprentices and trade assistants on-site
n
- Using laser levels to set frame heights and positioning
n
- Installing commercial and architectural window and door systems
n




- Liaising with builders to coordinate installation schedules and requirements
n

About You

n

The successful candidate will have:

n
- A relevant trade qualification (Certificate III in Glass and Glazing) and current driver's licence
n
- Proven experience installing commercial and architectural glazing/aluminium systems, ideally on commercial construction sites
n
- Strong attention to detail, ability to read shop drawings, and a collaborative approach to working with builders and mentoring junior team members
