Capital Alliance M Docklands Pty Ltd is a property development and investment company based in Melbourne, Victoria. The company is involved in the development and delivery of property projects and works with a range of industry professionals, consultants and stakeholders to achieve its commercial and development objectives.

As the company continues to develop its business and projects, it is seeking to appoint a Marketing Specialist to support its marketing, promotional and business development activities.

n

Key Responsibilities:

n

n
- Conducting market research and analysing market trends, customer preferences and competitor activity;
n
- Identifying and evaluating market opportunities relevant to the company's property development and business activities;
n
- Developing, implementing and reviewing marketing strategies, objectives, policies and programs;
n
- Planning, coordinating and managing advertising, promotional and marketing campaigns;
n
- Advising management on target markets, product positioning, pricing, advertising and promotional strategies;
n
- Developing strategies to enhance brand awareness and promote the company's projects and services;
n




- Coordinating with external marketing agencies, media providers, designers and other qualified service providers;
n
- Preparing marketing materials, content and promotional communications;
n
- Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and providing reports and recommendations to management;
n
- Supporting the company's broader business development and commercial objectives.

Qualifications:

n

n
- A relevant qualification in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field is desirable;
n
- A minimum of one year of relevant experience as a Marketing Specialist or in a closely related marketing role is essential;
n
- Experience in market research, marketing analysis and promotional activities;
n
- Strong communication, organisational and analytical skills;
n
- The ability to work independently and collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
n

Strong written and verbal communication skills (ability to speak Mandarin and Cantonese will be an advantage)

n

Salary negotiable to commensurate with relevant experience.
