The role

n

Our Customer Service Representative books the work.

n

Your role is making sure everything that happens after that runs smoothly.

n

You'll become the operational hub between our customers, our field technicians and our leadership team.

n

Every day you'll help keep nine plumbers productive, informed and supported while ensuring our customers always know what's happening.

n

Your day may involve:

n

n




- Coordinating technician schedules.
n
- Keeping customers updated throughout the day.
n
- Supporting our field team with materials, machinery hire and subcontractor coordination.
n
- Managing your email inbox and following jobs through to completion.
n
- Reviewing completed work before invoicing.
n
- Preparing and submitting commercial client invoices.
n
- Working closely with our Lead Plumber & 2IC and Director to continually improve the way we operate.
n

You won't spend your day answering incoming customer calls.

n

We've deliberately structured our office so everyone can focus on doing what they do best.

If you've worked in scheduling, dispatch, service coordination or administration,



fantastic.
