D&C; Developer seeking Revit Architects/Technicians for Housing projects

A dynamic and quick-growing Design & Construct developer based in North-West Sydney is seeking experienced Architects to join and support its expanding in-house design team. Specialising in housing projects, including student accommodation and mixed-use developments, this emerging team is offering an exciting opportunity to be part of a forward-thinking and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

n

- Contribute to the development and delivery of large-scale multi-residential projects
n
- Provide technical input and expertise across various stages of design
n
- Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants to ensure project success
n
- Maintain design integrity and intent through all phases of the project lifecycle
n
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards
n
- Assist in producing high-quality design and documentation using Revit
n
- Participate in BIM collaboration with guidance from senior team members
n
- Support site activities as required
n

Skills and Experience

n

n
- Relevantqualifications in Architecture or related discipline
n
- Full Australian working rights essential
n
- Strong Revit proficiency; experience with AutoCAD is advantageous
n
- Demonstrated experience in Australian architectural practices, particularly in multi-residential and Class 2 buildings
n
- Interest or experience in modular construction is highly regarded
n
- Ability to work across all stages of a project from concept to completion
n
- Solid technical skills in documentation and project delivery
n
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive, collaborative approach
n
