About the Role

- Personal care and daily living support
n
- Meal preparation and household assistance
n
- Community access, appointments, and social activities
n
- Implementing behaviour support strategies
n
- Supporting participant goals and independence
n
- Monitoring wellbeing and reporting concerns
n
- Maintaining accurate records and following care plans
n
n
Essential Requirements
n
n
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
n
- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (Yellow Card)
n
- Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
n
- Valid Australian Driver Licence
n
- Reliable and comprehensively insured vehicle
n
- Experience supporting people with disability, including complex behaviours
n
- Robust communication and teamwork skills
n
- Commitment to person-centred practice
n
