The Role

This newly created Planning Manager position will report directly to the General Manager of a key product division and will play a critical role in aligning planning activities across two operational facilities.

- Lead and integrate production planning and dispatch coordination across two manufacturing sites
n
- Drive improved service levels through close collaboration with Customer Service, Operations and Manufacturing teams
n
- Optimise production scheduling to increase efficiency, reduce bottlenecks and improve DIFOT performance
n
- Provide leadership to a small team (Planner and Dispatch Coordinator at each site) while influencing broader cross-functional stakeholders
n
- Establish consistent planning processes, KPIs and reporting across both facilities
n




- Identify continuous improvement opportunities across supply, production flow and dispatch
n

Your Background

n

To be successful in this role, you will bring a blend of operational leadership and hands-on planning expertise within a manufacturing environment.

- Experience leading production teams as a Production Supervisor or Production Manager
n
- Demonstrated expertise in production planning within a manufacturing setting
n
- Strong understanding of manufacturing workflows, capacity planning and dispatch coordination
n
- Proven ability to lead through influence across multiple stakeholders and sites
n
- Commercially minded with a focus on operational efficiency and customer outcomes
n
- Confident communicator with the ability to drive alignment and accountability
n
