We're on the hunt for an experienced Roller Operator to join a fantastic civil construction team in Noosaville. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity with an immediate start for the right person, offering great pay, a healthy work-life balance, and every second Friday off!

- $47.03 per hour + Super

- Monday to Friday | 6:00am - 3:30pm
n
- Every second Friday off (RDO) - because long weekends are underrated.

- Work with a supportive team on essential civil maintenance and construction projects

What you'll be doing

n

You'll be operating rollers on a variety of civil maintenance and construction projects while helping keep worksites running smoothly and safely. You'll also:

n




- Operate rollers with engines above 2.5L
n
- Carry out daily maintenance and pre-start checks on plant and machinery
n
- Assist with general civil maintenance and construction tasks
n
- Work safely and efficiently as part of a hardworking crew
n

What you'll need

n
- HR Licence (or higher)
n
- White Construction Card
n
- Roller Ticket / Certificate of Competency relevant to the role
n
- Extensive experience operating civil construction plant and machinery
n
- Strong understanding of civil maintenance and construction works
n
- Ability to maintain equipment and complete daily checks
n
- Reliable, safety-focused attitude and a strong work ethic
n
