We are seeking caring, dedicated, and experienced Registered Nurses to join our Residential Care team.

This is a varied role with opportunities to delve deeper into areas of interest ranging across aged care, including: dementia, wounds, palliative care etc.

n

We are open to Registered Nurses with a wide range of experience.

The Opportunity

n

Competitive base salary: the full-time annual salary range is $116,000 - $141,000 per annum, dependent on experience, with applicable penalties and super on top

n

Salary packaging (up to $18,550 per annum) resulting in less tax and higher take home pay

n

Work within a rotating roster, enjoying the variety & associated penalties of AM, PM, and Night shifts

n

Key Responsibilities

n

Deliver rewarding person-centred and best practice care to our residents and clients

n

Supervise staff in delivering care and non direct care services

n

Participate in resident admissions and ongoing assessments

n

Provide high quality palliative care as part of a multidisciplinary team, including collaborating with our visiting Palliative Care Specialist

n

Maintain responsibility for medication management

n

Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation and participate in telehealth and case conferencing to achieve positive health outcomes

n

About You

n

Bachelor of Nursing

n

Current registration with APHRA

n

Experience level:



New Graduate RN to Experienced Registered Nursing

n

Clinically savvy with a strong contemporary focus for the needs of an older person

n

A passion for looking after Older People and commitment to providing a high standard of palliative and end of life care

n

Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team

n

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with all levels of staff and stakeholders

n

Reliable, adaptable and accountable

n

Ability to consistently act with humility, integrity, respect, understanding

n

Demonstrated commitment to ongoing learning

n

Previous experience in Aged Care or other service industries is desirable, but not essential
