About the Role

Working as part of the production team, you'll be involved in the manufacture of high‐quality precast concrete products.
n Your duties will include:

n

- Preparing, assembling and cleaning precast moulds
n
- Assisting with concrete pours and finishing
n
- Using a variety of hand and power tools
n
- General labouring and material handling
n
- Working alongside experienced concreters, steel fixers and production staff
n
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
n
- Following all workplace health and safety procedures
n

About You

n

To be successful in this role, you'll have:

n

- Experience in construction, precast, manufacturing or a physically demanding labouring role
n
- Experience using hand and power tools
n
- A strong work ethic and positive attitude
n
- The ability to perform manual work in a quick‐paced environment
n
- Reliable transport and excellent attendance
n
- A commitment to working safely
n

n

Highly Desirable:

n

n
- Current Forklift Licence
n
- Previous precast or concrete manufacturing experience
n
- Experience working from drawings or production plans
n

n
