National Masonry is seeking an experienced HR Truck Driver to join our team at Deer Park, VIC. This is a great opportunity for a reliable and safety-focused driver to join a well-established business delivering quality masonry products to customers across the construction industry.

You'll be joining a stable team with consistent work and a strong focus on safety and customer service.

About the Role

n

As an HR Truck Driver, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient delivery of palletised masonry products to customer sites. You will operate a twin steer rigid automatic truck and use a truck-mounted forklift (Moffett or similar) to complete deliveries.

n

This role is ideal for someone with experience in construction materials delivery who understands the importance of safe handling, load restraint, and delivering excellent customer service on site.

n

Working Hours:

n

n
- Monday to Friday
n
- 38 hours per week (8 paid hours per day, 7.6 ordinary hours with monthly RDO)
n
- 5:00 AM start
n

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Safely operate an HR rigid truck delivering masonry products to customer sites
n
- Load, unload, and handle palletised products using a truck-mounted forklift
n
- Complete deliveries safely, efficiently, and on schedule
n
- Ensure compliance with Chain of Responsibility (CoR) requirements
n
- Complete vehicle inspections and required delivery documentation
n
- Maintain a professional approach when dealing with customers and site personnel
n
- Follow all workplace health and safety procedures
n




- Assist with general yard duties when required
n

About You

n

To be successful in this role, you will have:

n

n
- Minimum HR Driver Licence (essential)
n
- Current forklift licence (essential)
n
- Proven experience operating a truck-mounted forklift such as a Moffett (essential)
n
- Experience delivering construction materials, masonry products, bricks, scaffolding, or palletised goods highly regarded
n
- Solid understanding of load restraint and safe transport practices
n
- Reliable work ethic with a strong safety focus
n
- Good communication and customer service skills
n
- Ability to work independently and manage delivery schedules effectively
n
