Masons Refrigeration, Air Conditioning & Electrical Services is growing, and we're looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our leadership team.

n

This isn't a desk-only role. We're looking for someone who enjoys being on site, solving problems, supporting their teams and driving projects through to successful completion.

n

You'll oversee commercial mechanical, HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing and electrical projects across Victoria while leading supervisors, tradespeople and apprentices to deliver exceptional outcomes for our clients.

Your Responsibilities

n

n
- Manage multiple commercial projects from award through to completion.
n
- Coordinate labour, subcontractors, procurement and project schedules.
n
- Monitor budgets, productivity and project profitability.
n
- Build strong relationships with builders, consultants and clients.
n
- Identify variations and commercial opportunities.
n
- Mentor Supervisors, Leading Hands and site teams.
n
- Conduct regular site inspections and project meetings.
n




- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and to a high standard.
n
- Drive continuous improvement across project delivery.
n

What We're Looking For

n

n
- Proven experience managing HVAC or mechanical services projects.
n
- Solid understanding of commercial construction.
n
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
n
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
n
- Financial awareness with the ability to monitor budgets and profitability.
n
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
n
- Current Driver's Licence.
n
- Trade background in HVAC, Refrigeration, Plumbing or Electrical highly regarded.
n
