Salon Manager / Senior Beauty Therapist – Full Time

An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced, motivated and professional Salon Manager / Senior Beauty Therapist to join our established and busy salon.

n

We are looking for someone who can lead by example, provide exceptional client care, support and mentor our team, and ensure the salon operates smoothly while maintaining the highest professional standards.

n

About the role:

n

n
- Lead and support the salon team
n
- Assist with day-to-day salon operations
n
- Deliver exceptional customer service
n
- Perform Brazilian and body waxing to a high standard
n
- Spray tanning
n
- Lash and brow treatments
n
- Tinting and facial waxing
n
- Mentor and assist in training junior team members
n
- Ensure company policies and procedures are followed
n
- Maintain a qualified, positive and organised workplace
n

What we're looking for:

n

n
- Extensive experience as a Beauty Therapist
n
- Confident performing Brazilian waxing
n
- Previous leadership or management experience is highly regarded
n
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
n
- Honest, reliable and punctual
n




- Professional presentation
n
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and support a team
n
- Ability to work independently and make decisions
n
- Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
n
- Available to work Saturdays
n

n

Must be qualified and experienced.

n

Must have experience in Brazilians.

n

Immediate start.

n
