Job Description

Bupa Aged Care in Bateau Bay is seeking a dedicated Care Manager to lead clinical operations and support the General Manager in delivering person-centred care. This full time role requires guiding a team of clinicians to uphold high standards of assessment, planning, and governance, helping residents live longer, healthier, happier lives.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor of Nursing with AHPRA, extensive leadership experience, and a track record managing 30 beds or more.
