Entire Industry Supplies is seeking experienced, motivated Plumbers to join our team in Mackay's Mining region, QLD. This is a Full-Time position offering the opportunity to work with a trusted supplier in Major Projects and Facility Maintenance on mine. This is an excellent opportunity to secure ongoing DIDO or FIFO with a local family owned company that has a high regard for safety, teamwork, development and family.

You will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing new and aging plumbing systems across a variety of commercial projects and camp facilities. This role is integral to delivering high-quality service to our clients and maintaining Entire Industry Supplies' reputation for excellence in the Mackay and surrounding region.

- Competitive rates $65-$95 / hr

- Full time or Casual or Subcontractor available

- 7/7 or 5/2 roster (12hrs days)

Key responsibilities

n

n
- Install, maintain, and repair plumbing including pipes, fixtures, and appliances onsite.
n
- Read plans, understand project requirements
n
- Fault finding, inspections and preventitive maintenance
n




- Backflow testing and reporting
n
- Ensuring safe work practices are followed
n
- Complete works in line with site procedures, regulations, and safety standards
n
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working order
n

What we're looking for

- Current plumbing licence, Commercial licence, QBCC, Backflow prevention testing
n
- White card
n
- Backflow Prevention Device
n
- Open driver licence, reliable transport
n
- Reliable, strong commitment to safety
n
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
n
- Physical fitness and the ability to work in various environments and conditions
n
- Must pass random D&A; testing on site, sober habits
n
- Mine site ready preferred but not essential
n
