Job Description

We're looking for a Construction Supervisor to oversee a fast-paced portfolio of projects across the Morayfield to Caboolture region. Someone who's good at scheduling, sharp on quality control and quick to solve problems. You'll be across a high volume of projects, so being organised and steady under pressure is key.

What you'll be doing

n

- Running multiple sites at once and keeping schedules tight
n
- Coordinating trades, suppliers and deliveries so jobs stay on track
n
- Keeping an eye on safety and quality every day
n
- Spotting issues early and sorting them out fast
n
- Reporting progress clearly and keeping everyone in the loop
n
- Working closely with Construction Manager, Building Manager and internal teams
n

What you bring

n

n
- Solid volume building experience, whether supervising or working on the tools
n
- Current QBCC Site Supervisor licence & White Card
n




- A solid local trade base and supplier relationships
n
- Confidence with construction scheduling tech (Evolve or similar)
n
- Skills in quality control and problem solving
n
- Knowledge of building codes and safety standards
n
- Clear communication and leadership skills to keep crews motivated
n
