Service Advisor / Administration (Casual)

Are you an organised, customer-focused person who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment? Ongmac Trading is looking for a motivated Service Advisor / Administration team member to join our friendly team in Lismore.

n

This is a casual position with a minimum of 20 hours per week, with the opportunity for additional hours during busy periods. Award wages and casual loading apply.

About the Role

n

As the face of our service department, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while supporting the day-to-day administration of our busy workshop.

n

Your responsibilities will include:

n

n
- Welcoming customers and managing service enquiries
n
- Booking service appointments and coordinating workshop schedules
n
- Preparing job cards, invoices and service paperwork
n
- Keeping customers informed throughout the service process
n
- Processing payments and maintaining accurate records
n
- General reception and administrative duties
n
- Liaising with technicians and the parts department to ensure smooth workshop operations
n

About You

n





You'll be someone who enjoys working with people and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service.

n

Ideally, you'll have:

n

n
- Previous administration, reception or customer service experience
n
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills
n
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask
n
- Confidence using computers and learning current systems
n
- A positive attitude and strong attention to detail
n
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
n

n

Experience in the automotive, agricultural machinery or service industry is an advantage but not essential, as training will be provided to the right candidate.
