Job Description

Talent by Design in Melbourne leads a high-performing team across Victoria, shaping sales growth and market expansion. The role oversees a 6-person Sales group and a 3-person Warehouse, driving client development and mentoring staff to achieve targets.

You will leverage specifier networks within Designers, Builders, Trades and flooring retailers to increase revenue and hit state budget goals. Competitive base salary 120,000–140,000 AUD with car/allowance, super and incentives.
