- We're growing. Our Civil Infrastructureteam has secured a strong pipeline ofprojects across the Logan and Gold Coastregions, and we're looking for a Site Engineer who wants more than just a support role.

What You'll Be Doing

n

You won't be stuck behind a desk. You'll work closely with the Project Manager and Supervisors to:

n

n




- Coordinate daily site activities and subcontractors
n
- Manage QA, ITPs and compliance documentation
n
- Track costs, variations and progress claims
n
- Provide short-term programming input
n
- Ensure safety standards are upheld
n
- Solve problems as they arise on active civil sites
n
- This is a hands-on role on active subdivision projects — roads, drainage, services, earthworks.

What We're Looking For

n

We're open to Engineers with 2–6 years' experience in civil construction who:

n

n
- Hold a Bachelor of Civil Engineering
n
- Have subdivision or bulk earthworks experience
n
- Understand QA and cost tracking processes
n
- Can build solid relationships with supervisors and subcontractors
n
- Take ownership rather than waiting to be told what to do
n
- If you're currently a Project Engineer ready to step into more autonomy — we'd also like to talk.
