About the role

The Pharmacy Assistant role at Green Life involves supporting the daily operations of a modern, patient-centred dispensary by assisting with patient enquiries, processing sales transactions, completing orders, and ensuring the clinic operates efficiently. The position is well suited to someone who thrives in a fast�paced environment, has excellent attention to detail, and is committed to providing outstanding customer service. Responsibilities

n

n
- Assisting patients with prescription orders and enquiries.
n
- Answering calls and queued prescriptions for dispensing.
n
- Maintaining accurate patient records.
n
- Processing prescription payments via EFTPOS and credit card.
n
- Completing orders in person, by phone, and online.
n
- Supporting pharmacists with daily dispensary operations.
n

- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask

- Ability to work both independently and within a team

- Familiarity with eRx and ASL
n
- Experience with Z Software (preferred but not essential)

Qualifications

n

n
- Previous experience in a pharmacy or healthcare setting
n
- S2/S3 Community Pharmacy certification
n
