Lead the night shift. Keep production moving.

We're looking for a reliable, hands‐on Night Shift Supervisor to oversee our automated production lines during the night shift.

n

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys taking responsibility, solving problems and leading by example.

n

Working with a small team of two operators, you'll ensure production runs safely and efficiently while maintaining quality, productivity and housekeeping standards throughout the shift.

n

You'll be the senior person on site overnight, responsible for the smooth running of operations until the morning team arrives.

About the Role

n

As our Night Shift Supervisor, you'll oversee all aspects of the night shift operation, including:

n

- Supervising and supporting a small production team
n
- Monitoring our automated production line
n
- Basic machine fault finding and troubleshooting
n
- Wrapping and preparing pallets for dispatch
n
- Covering operator breaks to keep production running
n
- Ensuring production targets are achieved
n
- Monitoring product quality throughout the shift
n
- Maintaining GMP and housekeeping standards
n
- Ensuring all work is carried out safely and in accordance with WHS requirements
n
- Reporting production issues, downtime and maintenance requirements
n
- Completing shift documentation and handovers to the morning team
n

About You

n

We're looking for someone who has:

n

n
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment
n




- Leadership or supervisory experience (or the confidence to step into a leadership role)
n
- Valuable mechanical aptitude and basic fault-finding skills
n
- A proactive, hands-on approach
n
- Strong communication skills
n
- The ability to work independently and make decisions
n
- A commitment to safety, quality and continuous improvement
n

Highly Regarded

n

n
- Experience operating automated manufacturing equipment
n
- Food manufacturing experience
n
- Forklift Licence
n
- Understanding of GMP and HACCP
n
- First Aid Certificate
n
