We're looking for an experienced Customer Service Officer to join our team. If you enjoy helping people, solving problems and being part of a team that genuinely cares, we'd love to hear from you.

This role is based in our Wodonga Service Centre.

What you'll be doing

n

n
- Helping customers with everyday banking, account enquiries and transactions.
n
- Having conversations that uncover the right products and solutions for each customer.
n
- Supporting customers in person and over the phone with confidence and care.
n
- Working closely with your teammates to deliver a great experience every time someone walks through our doors or picks up the phone.
n

We'd love to hear from you if you have

n

n
- Experience in banking, preferably in a customer service or teller role.
n
- A passion for helping people and building relationships.
n
- Strong communication skills and a positive, approachable attitude.
n




- The ability to adapt, learn quickly and enjoy working in a busy environment.
n
