About the Role

n

As the Service Coordinator, you'll be responsible for coordinating and scheduling a team of Fire Service Technicians across a diverse commercial portfolio. You'll work closely with technicians,



clients and internal stakeholders to ensure jobs are completed efficiently and customers receive outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Schedule and coordinate daily work for Fire Service Technicians
n
- Manage technician diaries and optimise job allocations
n
- Liaise with clients regarding bookings, service requests and updates
n
- Respond to urgent breakdowns and scheduling changes
n
- Ensure service jobs are completed within required timeframes
n
- Provide administrative support to the operations team
n
- Maintain accurate records and update internal systems
n
- Deliver exceptional customer service at all times
n

About You

n

We're looking for someone who has:

n

n
- Previous experience in a Service Coordinator, Scheduler or Planning role
n
- Strong organisational and time management skills
n
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
n
- The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
n
- Experience coordinating field technicians (highly regarded)
n
- Strong computer skills and confidence learning new systems
n
- A positive attitude and team-first approach
