What You'll Do
n

- You'll be trusted to manage the flow of critical surgical equipment across Australia and New Zealand—ensuring hospitals have exactly what they need, when they need it.
n
- Own the end-to-end movement of surgical kits and medical devices — from dispatch through to return and reprocessing
n
- Prepare and send kits with high levels of accuracy, knowing even small errors can impact patient procedures
n
- Coordinate inbound and outbound devices, including consignment stock, across multiple hospitals and stakeholders
n
- Track, update, and maintain real-time visibility of all assets in the system
n
- Perform thorough quality checks on returned kits to ensure they meet strict safety and compliance standards
n
- Partner with internal teams and hospital stakeholders to align on urgent surgical requirements and delivery timelines
n
- Solve problems on the fly — prioritising, adjusting,
and responding to last-minute changes in surgical demand
n
n
Who You Are: Required Experience

n
- You have a sharp eye for detail and are committed to accuracy in everything you do
n
- You thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments and stay calm under pressure
n
- You're a confident problem-solver who can think on your feet
n
- You always act with integrity — you do the right thing, even when no one's watching
n
- You're genuinely passionate about making a difference in healthcare
n
- You have full Australian working rights, a valid driver's license, and access to your own vehicle
n
- You're available to work a rotating roster between 7am–7pm, including on-call and occasional evening shifts
