The Role
n
Anglicare's Client Service Centre is the first point of contact for our clients, carers, and community stakeholders. We operate a highly efficient and busy call centre whilst priding ourselves on delivering exceptional customer service on every call.
n
We are looking for two Full Time Client Service Advisor to join our team on a permanent basis in Eight Mile Plains.
n
This is the perfect opportunity for someone with a call centre background who is looking for a fast-paced & fulfilling community engagement role, who is also looking for the flexibility of office and home based work with an 80/20 WFH option.
n
Your role in supporting Anglicare will include:
n
Acting as the first point of contact for elderly and vulnerable clients of Anglicare.
n
Liaising with medical centre, hospitals, and other stakeholders to set up in home support services.
n
Connecting prospective clients with services such as Personal care, Domestic support, and many other in-home supports.
n
Assisting clients in other areas of the community with general queries around You Be You Foster care and Mental Health and First Aid Inquires.
n
Liaising with My Aged care and other government agencies to effectively manage client referrals.
n
Most importantly you will establish a connection with our clients through a personalised and positive customer experience that reflects the Anglicare brand of Love, Care Hope and Humility.

What you will bring to the role:
n
This is a high-volume, fast-paced call centre role that manages both inbound and outbound calls. Our successful candidate will offer a professional and caring nature whilst delivery exceptional customer service on every call.
n
Call Centre experience is advantageous.
n
Customer service and strong rapport building skills are essential, and only candidates with Customer Service experience should apply.
n
Ability to work with minimal direct supervision, including managing your time and workflow each day.
n
An ability to empathise with our clients and their families around the challenges they may be facing each day
n
Intermediate Microsoft Office; solid alpha-numeric data entry skills and exceptional level of accuracy
n
Dedicated to maintaining client confidentiality and privacy and working consistently within professional boundaries
n
A current National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
