About the Role
n
We are looking for a Finance Business Partner to join our Finance Team. The Finance Business Partner role will support the operations and supply chain functions with actionable financial insights, and drive improvements in costing and working capital management. This role plays a critical role in bridging operational execution with financial performance through hands-on analysis, process alignment, and strategic forecasting.

Key Responsibilities
n
Partner with Operations and Supply Chain to analyse and improve labour utilisation, material usage and operational efficiency
n
Lead product costing processes across workshop and manufacturing activities
n
Evaluate capital expenditure proposals and operational improvement initiatives from a financial perspective
n
Manage WIP and support timely project closeout to expedite invoicing
n
Assist with budgeting and forecasting of manufacturing overheads,
labour and inventory balances
n
Analyse cost trends by product or project segment and support working capital planning
n
Contribute to weekly operations reviews and board reporting packs
n
Perform month-end reconciliation tasks related to manufacturing and supply chain
n
Support transition from reactive reporting to forward-looking financial planning
n
What We're Looking For
n
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline
n
CPA or CA qualified (or in progress)
n
3-5 years of experience in a Management Accounting role, preferably within manufacturing or industrial sectors
n
High proficiency in Excel and Power BI dashboards
n
Familiarity with ERP systems such as Ostendo and/or NetSuite
n
Solid analytical and financial modelling skills
n
Exposure to WIP and inventory reconciliations at a product or segment level
n
