About the Opportunity

n

As a Business Systems Analyst focusing on Enterprise Applications, you will play a pivotal role in supporting, maintaining, optimizing, and evolving the business applications ecosystem. Reporting to senior technology leadership, you will act as a trusted specialist across core finance, payroll, HR, and corporate platforms, ensuring operational continuity and strategic alignment with business goals.

You will move beyond routine maintenance to proactively identify improvement opportunities,



lead application enhancements, and support seamless system integrations. Working closely with cross-functional stakeholders and external vendors, you will translate operational needs into robust, scalable technical solutions.

What You'll Do

n

- As a key technical authority across enterprise applications, you will be responsible for system governance, release coordination, and platform optimization.
n
- Leading the operational governance, administration, and continuous improvement of enterprise platforms, including ERP systems, Payroll, Time & Attendance, and Finance applications.
n
- Managing user access, role‐based controls, and security configurations to ensure alignment with security frameworks and regulatory obligations.
n
- Investigating and resolving complex, cross‐system technical issues while optimizing application performance, stability, and data integrity.
n
- Overseeing technology vendors and software providers to ensure infrastructure and platform services meet agreed service levels and performance standards.
n
- Coordinating system upgrades, patches, and release testing through established change management frameworks.
n
- Developing clear system documentation,



operational runbooks, and process workflows to strengthen internal capability.
n
- Partnering with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze workflows, and deliver functional system enhancements.
n

What You'll Bring

We are looking for a pragmatic, hands‐on application specialist who thrives in a dynamic workplace undergoing positive change. You bring strong technical expertise, exceptional problem‐solving skills, and the ability to build effective relationships across technical and operational teams.

In addition, you will bring:

- Demonstrated experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Systems Specialist, or Application Administrator in a complex corporate or multi‐site workplace.
n
- Deep technical capability across Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems (such as TechnologyOne, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or equivalent) and integrated Payroll/HR applications.
n
- Familiarity with supporting cloud environments and integrations within Microsoft 365 or Azure ecosystems.
n
- Proven track record in leading system upgrades, release governance, and change management processes with minimal supervision.
n
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, access controls, and data privacy requirements.
n
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical outcomes and manage vendor relationships effectively.
