THE ROLE

n

As a Retail Travel Consultant, you'll be responsible for managing travel arrangements from enquiry through to departure, ensuring every client receives outstanding service and expert guidance throughout their journey.

- Create and manage tailor‐made travel itineraries for domestic and international destinations
n
- Book flights, accommodation, cruises, rail journeys, car hire and other travel services
n




- Deliver exceptional customer service and build lasting client relationships
n
- Liaise with suppliers to secure the best travel solutions and experiences
n
- Handle travel amendments, reissues, cancellations and special requests with professionalism and efficiency
n
- Provide expert advice on destinations, products and travel requirements
n
- Maximise value for clients while identifying opportunities to enhance their travel experience
n
- Stay up to date with emerging luxury travel trends, destinations and products
n
