The Role

n

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you'll oversee the afternoon shift, ensuring production targets are achieved safely, efficiently and to a high‐quality standard.

- Leading and coaching Production Operators and Leading Hands
n
- Coordinating daily production activities to meet customer demand
n
- Monitoring safety, quality and production performance throughout the shift
n
- Conducting daily toolbox meetings and shift handovers
n




- Working closely with Maintenance, Engineering, Supply Chain and Quality teams to minimise downtime and resolve production issues
n
- Managing attendance, performance and employee development
n
- Ensuring production reporting, ERP transactions and shift documentation are completed accurately
n
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives across the manufacturing floor
n

About You

n

We're looking for an experienced Production Manager or Supervisor who enjoys leading and creating and maintaining a high‐performing team.

n

n
- Previous experience leading production teams within a manufacturing environment
n
- Strong knowledge of WHS, quality systems and continuous improvement principles
n
- Experience coordinating labour, equipment and production schedules
n
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
n
- Experience using ERP/MRP systems and production reporting
n
- A proactive approach with strong problem‐solving and decision‐making ability
n
- Confidence managing performance, coaching employees and driving accountability
n
