ABOUT THE ROLE

Byrne Ford Kedron is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Trainee Finance & Insurance Manager to join our dealership team.

n

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with sales or customer service who is ready to build a career in dealership finance and insurance. Previous finance and insurance experience is not required, as comprehensive training, mentoring and all necessary accreditations will be provided.

n

You will work alongside our experienced sales and management teams, learning how to assist customers with suitable finance and insurance options while delivering a professional, transparent and positive buying experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES

n

As you develop in the role, your responsibilities will include:

n

n
- Learning to present finance, insurance and vehicle-protection products
n
- Assisting customers throughout the finance application process
n
- Preparing and submitting finance documentation
n
- Liaising with lenders, insurers and dealership departments
n
- Maintaining accurate records and completing compliance requirements
n
- Building strong customer relationships
n
- Supporting the sales team to achieve dealership targets
n
- Developing your knowledge of responsible lending and industry regulations
n
