About the Role

n

As the Financial Controller, you'll work closely with the Senior Finance team, taking ownership of the organisation's financial operations and driving improvements across a multi‐site, operationally complex environment.

n

Key responsibilities include:

n

- Overseeing financial reporting, compliance, budgeting, forecasting, and cashflow
n
- Leading and developing the finance team
n
- Working with operations and technology teams to improve systems and streamline processes
n
- Supporting business case development and growth initiatives
n
- Enhancing internal controls, financial systems, and reporting accuracy
n
- Playing a strategic role in enabling scalable, tech‐enabled growth
n

About You

n

We're looking for someone who brings both technical and leadership capability, ideally with:

n

n
- 5+ years in corporate accounting or financial management
n
- Experience in multi‐site, logistics, manufacturing, or operationally complex environments
n




- Background in a senior accounting or Assistant Financial Controller position
n
- Degree in Accounting/Finance (CA/CPA preferred)
n
- Strong knowledge of compliance requirements (BAS, GST, payroll tax)
n
- Proven process improvement and internal controls experience
n
- Advanced financial systems experience, including implementations or integrations
n
- Solid commercial acumen and the ability to partner effectively across the business
n
