About The Williamtown Health Centre

n

Located 30km north of Newcastle at RAAF Base Williamtown, Australia's premier fighter pilot training base. The base is one of the busiest in NSW, employing over 4500 people. The health centre provides primary medical, aviation medical, outpatient, dental, nursing, physiotherapy, mental health, and pharmaceutical services.

Standard operating hours are generally 0730-1530 Monday - Friday.

What You'll Do

n

n
- Working Monday to Friday 0700 to 1630
n
- Supporting dental procedures through chair‐side assisting
n
- Preparing and maintaining clinical equipment and treatment areas
n
- Promoting oral health and supporting patient careMaintaining infection control and hygiene standards
n
- Managing patient records and supporting administrative tasks
n

What You Bring

n

n
- Certificate III in Dental Assisting or equivalent qualification
n
- 2 years chair‐side experience in a dental clinical setting
n
- Current First Aid (HLTAID011) and CPR (HLTAID009) certification
n
- Strong understanding of infection control and clinical standards
n
- Great communication skills with a caring, team-focused approach
n
