ProChill Refrigeration + Air is a growing commercial refrigeration and air conditioning company servicing clients throughout NSW, ACT and QLD.

We're looking for a motivated Apprentice Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Technician to join our team. This is an opportunity to learn from experienced tradespeople while working on a diverse range of commercial refrigeration and air conditioning projects across airports, hospitality venues, shopping centres, retail stores, commercial buildings and industrial facilities.

About the Role

n

As an apprentice, you'll work alongside qualified technicians and gain hands-on experience in:

n

- Air conditioning installations
n
- Preventative maintenance
n
- Breakdown service and fault finding
n
- General servicing and repairs
n

n

Every day is different, providing exposure to a wide variety of equipment, industries and work environments.

n

- A strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
n
- Genuine interest in refrigeration and air conditioning.
n
- Reliable, punctual and takes pride in your work.
n
- Positive attitude with the ability to work well in a team.
n




- Ability to thrive in fast-paced commercial environments such as airports, restaurants, shopping centres and other live operational facilities where efficiency, professionalism and attention to detail are essential.
n
- Comfortable working in physically demanding environments and at heights when required.
n
- Willingness to work overtime and occasional after-hours work.
n
- Current driver's licence (manual preferred but not essential).
n
- Strong communication skills and a professional attitude.
n
- Second, third and fourth-year apprentices are encouraged to apply.
n
