As a fully integrated poultry producer, we operate feed milling, farming, hatchery and processing facilities — and our workshop team plays a critical role in keeping everything moving.

We are seeking a qualified Welder/Fabricator to join our Workshop Team. This is a hands‐on role suited to a skilled tradesperson who enjoys variety, problem solving and being part of a supportive, down‐to‐earth team.

About the Role

n

Reporting to the Welding Workshop Manager, your responsibilities will include:

n

n
- Reading and interpreting drawings and specifications
n
- Welding and fabrication of new and existing components
n
- Repairing machinery, plant and farm equipment
n
- Operating workshop machinery and tools
n
- Inspecting and testing welded structures
n
- Maintaining workshop equipment and safety standards
n
- Contributing to a safe and productive team environment
n

n





You'll work across a variety of projects that directly support our operations.

About You

n

n
- Relevant Trade Qualification as a Welder/Fabricator (essential)
n
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role
n
- Experience across welding and fabrication processes
n
- Forklift licence (or willingness to obtain)
n
- Strong attention to detail and problem‐solving skills
n
- A positive attitude and team‐first mindset
n
- Commitment to safety and quality workmanship
n

n

This role requires good physical fitness and the ability to work in workshop conditions.
