The company is a Gold Coast-based planning consultancy, with about 10 years of operation. They focus on private sector clients, mainly small to medium-sized developers, with projects including high-rise, mixed-use developments, industrial, hospitality, and boutique residential homes. They work across multiple LGA across SEQ, including Gold Coast, Ipswich, Toowoomba, Logan, Brisbane and Moreton Bay.

They are looking for a Senior Urban Planner, ideally those with proven QLD Planning experience. As a Senior Planner, you will be responsible for delivering DA approvals for clients. You will be joining a team of about 7 staff including support staff in a small but friendly office.

Salary range is between $90k – $120k + super – depends on the profile, skills, and experience of the candidates.

n

For the right candidate, they're open to discussing higher level of adaptable working arrangements e.g. part-time/staggered work times, hybrid WFH arrangement.
