We're looking for an energetic, customer-focused team member who enjoys responsibility, takes pride in delivering exceptional service and is ready to grow into a leadership role.

About the Role

n

This is far more than a standard retail position.

n

Working alongside the Store Manager, you'll be involved in all aspects of running a successful store while helping to create an outstanding experience for both retail and business customers.

n

You'll learn the workwear, safety and uniform industry from the ground up and play an significant role in the growth of our Braybrook business.

n

This casual position includes weekend work and offers a clear pathway into future leadership opportunities.

What You'll Be Doing

n

n
- Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming store environment
n
- Assist customers with product selection and solution-based recommendations
n
- Support the Store Manager in achieving sales and operational targets
n
- Build strong relationships with local businesses and repeat customers
n
- Process orders,



quotes and customer enquiries
n
- Assist with merchandising, stock management and store presentation
n
- Contribute to warehouse, administration and other day-to-day operational activities
n
- Lead by example and help create a positive team culture
n

Previous retail or customer service experience is highly regarded, but not essential.
