Job Description

Bayswater Bar & Grill on Urangan Esplanade seeks an experienced Sous Chef to join a rapid-paced kitchen team in Hervey Bay. You will work with the Head Chef to lead the kitchen, uphold quality, and ensure smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities include mentoring the team, maintaining presentation standards, managing food safety, and assisting with ordering, stock, rostering, and cost targets. Availability for nights and weekends is required.
