Rockmount is recruiting a MIG Welder on behalf of a construction materials company in Matraville. You'll be engaged through Rockmount as the labour hire agency, welding aluminium sheet product in a factory/workshop setting alongside the client's crew. Ongoing work with a genuine option to go permanent with the client for the right person. Immediate start.

What you'll be doing

n

MIG welding aluminium sheet metal and stainless steel in a factory/workshop setting

n

Reading and interpret basic fabrication drawings and welding symbols

n

Prepare and position materials for welding

n

Carrying out quality checks on welds before product moves to the next stage

n

Keeping your bay and gear in order

n

What you'll need

n

Proven MIG welding experience, ideally on aluminium sheet or light-gauge material

n

Reliable, safety conscious and ready to start

n
