Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the operations of the Hertz locations throughout the central west of NSW.

Duties:

n
- Overseeing day to day operations
n
- Maximize utilization as set per KPI's
n
- Manage, mentor and develop team
n




- Ensure the business achieves its financial objectives by ongoing examination of the accounts, system information, daily operating controls and figures
n
- Ensure the necessary improvements and corrective actions are taken where variations from target achievement occur
n
- Completion of reports by due dates
n
- Maintain systems to ensure that all customer orders are processed promptly
n

Requirements:

n
- Customer service and logistics experience
n
- Minimum two years of experience in managing teams
n
- Desire to achieve
n
- Ability to work under pressure
n
- Strong planning skills, organising skills and time management skills
